  • The service is available to students, faculty and staff at Keio University.
  • ILL services are available at the SFC Media Center Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Requests made on the weekend will take longer to process.

How to Apply

You can submit an ILL request in two ways:

  • Apply online via the Online Requests page or KOSMOS My Library.
  • ILL requests for books from other Keio Media Centers are also accepted at the Information Desk on the 1st and 2nd floor.

The SFC Media Center will notify you via e-mail when the materials you requested arrive.

※If you are not sure of the bibliographic information about the item you wish to order (for books: title, author, publisher, publication year; for journal articles: journal title, volume/number/year, page numbers, article title), please use the online Reference Questions form to request this information in advance.
